Shipping within Portugal:

We provide free shipping on all orders over €60 within Portugal. For orders under €60, a flat shipping fee of €10 will be applied.

We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, and delivery times can vary between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

International shipping:

We also offer international shipping to several countries worldwide. The shipping fee will depend on your location and the weight of the package. Please note that delivery times can also vary depending on your country's customs regulations and local postal service efficiency.

 

Delivery

We use reliable courier services for all deliveries. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can keep track of your package's progress. It's important to ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping delays or issues.

Customs fees:

Please be aware that for international orders, customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges due to customs regulations.

Failed delivery attempts:

If our courier service attempts delivery but is unable to deliver the package due to the customer not being available to receive it, a notice will be left and the package will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Returns:

If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please contact us first to arrange the return, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
